Surrounded by a number of marinas with opportunities for fishing and boating around Canyon lake, you can't go wrong here. In the summer, you can't beat tubing down the Guadalupe River! This is also a great location for day trips to Austin and San Antonio, both just an hour away. You can't go wrong!

We suggest taking a 30 minute drive to New Braunfels where you can take fascinating Natural Bridge Caverns tours and enjoy some fun in the water year-round at the indoor-outdoor Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Six Flags Fiesta Texas is also just over an hour's drive away. After a visit to Six Flags, we suggest checking out the city’s River Walk district, the historic Alamo, or a number of great dining options in the same area.
